ARE THE PRINTS SIGNED AND NUMBERED?

All prints are signed by artist FILFURY and numbered where mentioned. If they are not it is because the print is an AP (Artist Proof).

WHERE ARE THE ITEMS PRODUCED?

We stock and sell a mixture of prints, apparel and magazines. Each FURY related product is made by artist FILFURY. All our garments are made with love and craft and use ethical production methods where possible.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER? 

Our processing time is from 1 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. When your order has been processed and shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation with delivery information.

YOU'VE SHIPPED MY ORDER OVERSEAS, WHERE IS IT? 

International shipping is very unpredictable. We ship via UK couriers and the Royal Mail and orders can take up to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped to follow its progress. When the package arrives in your country, your local customs agency and post office can further delay the arrival of your order. If you have not received your order in 14 days, please contact us.

HOW ARE THE PRINTS PACKAGED?

Prints are either rolled and posted in a tube or posted flat where possible. Size determines the best postal method for secure delivery.

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY? 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of goods being received. Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging (where applicable). Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer.
